This package is designed for American and Canadian married couples. Both spouses must travel together and attend a Vacation Club Membership preview (approximately 90 minutes). Must be 30 years of age or older, gainfully employed or retired, have a minimum annual household income of $40,000 USD. Must present a photo ID (Drivers license or passport) and a major credit card upon check-in. Not applicable for students or travel agents. Reservations are subject to availability. Round trip transportation from Los Cabos airport to the Resort is included in a shuttle service. Additional charges for more than 2 adults and/or 1 child apply (Transportation and accommodations). Incidental charges such as phone calls, gratuities or any other that is not specified in this package are not included. Failure to comply with this policy, attend the Club Membership preview or meet the eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. A $155 usd deposit must be paid in full to AR Los Cabos to secure the reservation. AR Los Cabos will provide to the client the Confirmation Letter with the confirmation number provided by Vistazul Suites & Spa Los Cabos. Cancellations must be requested to AR Los Cabos with a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival and a $100 usd penalty fee will apply. Cancellations received with less than 30 days will have an additional $50 usd penalty. No cancellations can be processed for “No Shows”. Only written cancellations can be accepted and there are no verbal agreements.
